Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

These terms describe the conditions under which Leadflow provides its services. By placing an order or signing an offer, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us before signing: contact@leadflow.ro.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by POPIRLAN CAMELIA-FLORENTINA PFA, tax ID (CUI) 55459508, Trade Register no. F2026040906009, registered office at B-dul Bucurestii Noi 136, ground floor, ap. 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, not registered for VAT (“Leadflow”, “we”).

2. Services we offer

Leadflow offers two distinct services, each with its own commercial terms:

The features of each plan are those shown on the website at the time of the order or those in the personalised offer. If the signed offer differs from the website, the signed offer prevails.

Both services are intended for professionals: companies, sole traders and other entities buying for the purpose of their business.

Part A · B2B Outbound

3. Prices and invoicing for B2B Outbound

4. How we work in B2B Outbound campaigns

5. What we do not promise in B2B Outbound

We do not guarantee a number of replies, meetings or sales. Results depend on the market, the offer, the price and how narrow the targeting is. We commit to delivering the outreach volume and activities included in the plan and to reporting the campaign’s real figures every week.

6. Prospect data

We contact people at their professional addresses and profiles, on topics related to their role, on the basis of legitimate interest. We do not contact personal addresses. For the data of prospects contacted in your campaign, each party’s role and the obligations under Art. 28 GDPR are set out in the contract, in the data processing agreement. Information for prospects is published in the Privacy policy.

Part B · Digital agent for DMs

7. Prices and invoicing for the Digital agent

8. Free trial and 30-day guarantee

The Digital agent starts with 7 free days, no card required: we configure the agent on your business information and launch it within that period, so you can see how it works before paying anything. If you move to a subscription and, within the first 30 calendar days from the start of the subscription, you are not satisfied, we refund in full the subscription paid for the first month, with no questions asked. The request is simply sent by email within the 30 days. The free trial and the guarantee apply only to the Digital agent.

9. Limits of the Digital agent

The Digital agent generates automated replies based on information approved by you. Although we test manually before launch and monitor operation, no automated system is infallible and inaccurate replies may occur in unforeseen situations. We commit to correcting any such reported situation as quickly as possible. For conversations with your customers, Leadflow processes data on your behalf, as a processor.

Common provisions

10. What we need from you

To set up and operate the service, you must provide: correct and complete information about your business, the necessary access to the accounts included in the plan, the approvals required before launch and a contact person who responds within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing items extend the launch deadline accordingly, without affecting the agreed invoicing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information communicated on behalf of your business (prices, opening hours, policies, offer) and you let us know when it changes.

11. Third-party platforms and liability

12. Your business data

Information about your business, the conversations and the replies received in campaigns remain yours. We use them exclusively to provide the service. The configurations, methodology and working materials developed by Leadflow remain Leadflow’s property. Details about personal data processing are in the Privacy policy.

13. Term and termination

14. Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to resolve any disagreement directly and amicably. If that fails, disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers also have access to alternative dispute resolution through the ANPC SAL platform.

15. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date. For existing customers, significant changes are communicated directly and do not affect the price conditions guaranteed at signing.
