Why outbound

Two sources of clients come when they want. The third comes when the company decides.

Most B2B companies grow from referrals and from people who find them on their own, through the website, Google or an ad. Both sources are good and they stay.

But neither can be scheduled. Nobody chooses who comes, when, or how many.

Outbound does not replace the other sources. It puts a floor under them, so slow months no longer start from zero.

Three sources of clients. Only one can be planned.

They come when they wantReferrals

They appear when a happy client talks about the company. The best conversations, but nobody knows when the next one comes.

They come when they searchWebsite, search, ads

People who search on their own. Volume depends on budget, season and how many people search that month.

They come when the company decidesOutbound

The company chooses who to contact and when. New conversations appear every week, at the same pace.

Referrals and inbound clients stay. Outbound simply puts a steady floor under them.

€600/month per account

The setup fee covers the two to four weeks of preparing and warming up domains and accounts. The monthly subscription starts only when the first real messages go out, so nothing is paid while the infrastructure warms up. At least three months are recommended for meaningful results, because B2B sales cycles are long. Prices in EUR, invoiced in RON.

About us

Leadflow started from a sales problem, not a marketing idea.

Camelia Popirlan

Over 10 years in sales, marketing and leading commercial teams. She saw up close the moment when referrals and ads stopped bringing enough new conversations, and good sales teams ended up waiting for clients instead of finding them. Leadflow grew out of that need: a predictable flow of conversations, built with method, not left to luck.

“A good sales team should not waste time looking for who to call. Our job is to bring the conversations. Theirs is to close them.”

FAQ

Answers before the first call.

Another question?

The answer comes within one business day.

Ask a question
How soon do the first results appear?

The first two to four weeks are for preparing and warming up domains and accounts. No real messages go out during this time and no subscription is paid. The first replies usually arrive in weeks three and four, and serious conversations in the second and third month, because B2B decisions take time.

How many meetings can be expected?

It depends on the market, the offer and how precisely the ideal client is defined. A guaranteed number before seeing the data would not be honest. After the first three weeks there are real figures for acceptance and reply rates, and from there the estimate becomes reliable. The outreach volume, however, is fixed and known from the start.

Which companies is it a fit for?

For companies selling to other companies, with a clear ideal client and a deal value that justifies a sales conversation: B2B services, software, manufacturing, distribution, consulting. If the market is too small or the offer cannot be explained in a short message, that is said openly in the proposal.

How much time does it take from the team?

At the start, a meeting of about an hour on the ideal client, offer and tone, then approval of the messages and the exclusion list. Once live, the team only handles conversations with people who reply. Everything else, from lists to sending and reporting, is handled by Leadflow.

Can the main domain be affected?

No. No message is ever sent from the main domain. Campaigns run from separate domains, configured and warmed up before the first message, and any domain with issues is replaced. The company's day-to-day email stays untouched.

Who writes the messages, and are they reviewed first?

Messages are written by the Leadflow team and approved before anything goes out, as is the exclusion list. The tone is agreed together at the start. Nothing is sent without approval.

Who replies to the people contacted?

The company's sales team. Leadflow opens the conversation, and from the moment someone replies, it continues directly with a person from the company. That builds trust from the first contact and leads to better results.

How do Instagram and Facebook work?

They are available as an add-on, separate from LinkedIn and email. Cold messages are not sent on Instagram and Facebook, the platforms do not allow it. The conversation starts from an action by the person, a comment on a post or a message from an ad, and is then picked up and qualified.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Only business addresses are contacted, on topics directly related to the person's role, which in B2B falls under legitimate interest. Personal addresses are never used. Every email has an unsubscribe option, and anyone who asks not to be contacted is permanently added to the exclusion list.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The collaboration is month to month from the moment the first messages go out and can be stopped at any time. The weekly report shows exactly what is happening, so decisions are made on data. Conversations, contacts and results belong to the company.
